Tacos made with ground beef are good but Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Tacos are the best! The meat is tender and the seasonings give it a spicy kick. Topped with crispy lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream it’s a Mexican meal that will have you saying “Delicioso!”

This looks and sound incredible Elizabeth! I’m thinking the same process would work with chicken (only because I don’t have a big piece of beef in the fridge, at the momnet) 😉

I would think it would, Margaret. Probably cook it for just a few hours since chicken might dry it in 7 hours. And that’s a great idea! That little restaurant where I had my first real taco had chicken tacos, too! I’d forgotten!
