I think the leaves may be edible but I’d have to check. The flowers are. English lavender is the variety used most commonly for cooking.

I have an herb garden, too. I just love gathering lavender flowers to dry and using the others in cooking.

Do you grow borage? I love the way the flowers look in salads. I want to have Mr. C build a sturdy shelving unit for my herbs for the winters. They do okay where I have them but I’d like to keep them all together.
