Our youngest grandson spent a long weekend with us so I wanted to make something special. He’s 4 years old so anything different, especially if it’s brightly colored appeals to him. For our dinner the first night I made Chicken Strips with Neon Pasta.

I'm a wife, mom, and grandma (known as Bam) who loves cooking, baking, gardening, and all things that go into making a cozy coop for my brood. I have a disability so you may pick up tips on how to do things when some things just don't work right!

Thank you! I saw something on (I think Pinterest) like that and knew he’d love it. LOL I had the noodles sitting on the counter and he started asking for dinner right after lunch!

This would be a great idea for red, white, and blue pasta for the 4th, green and red for christmas. This is really creative and I can see it being used for other times too. Thanks for sharing it Elizabeth )

My son is an electrician, goes to college three nights a week, and works as the manager of a social club on weekends. He COULD make the pasta but I don’t know when! lol

And, since they usually only visit once a year I get to do all the cool stuff. Parents are boring. I’m fun! lol

Elizabeth, you’re amazing! My kids are really good eaters, but they are still kids. I am definitely going to be making neon pasta in the foreseeable future!

I saw the noodles a long while back on, I think, Pinterest. So with Thomas coming I thought I’d experiment. He loved that dinner!
