Chicken Strips with Neon Pasta

Our youngest grandson spent a long weekend with us so I wanted to make something special. He’s 4 years old so anything different, especially if it’s brightly colored appeals to him. For our dinner the first night I made Chicken Strips with Neon Pasta.

      1. This would be a great idea for red, white, and blue pasta for the 4th, green and red for christmas. This is really creative and I can see it being used for other times too. Thanks for sharing it Elizabeth )

      1. My son is an electrician, goes to college three nights a week, and works as the manager of a social club on weekends. He COULD make the pasta but I don’t know when! lol
