For the last week I’ve been struggling with an impressive increase in pain in my spine and leg. This has made it hard to do all the things I need to do. I decided to take it easy in the kitchen but I have definitely been keeping busy.

I’m used to it as much as one can be used to pain. It has to be just horrid to really stop me in my tracks. I’ve been just doing everything I can and then resting before I go back to do more. If I let pain stop me I’d stay in bed 24/7. That’s not going to happen!

It’s going to be 90° today. I’m planning to stay inside. It’s too hot to bake so I won’t be doing much. You stay cool!

The weather doesn’t help. I ended up going to Eileen’s after the rain. She gave me about 10,000 perennials. I was planting all evening and part of today. But we had storms again today so I couldn’t finish.

We got the rest in Thursday! Friday I shaved my legs. That’s all. Then I took a nap. LOL

It was the dumbest thing ever but it’s feeling a lot better now. But my new son-in-law is going to hear about how he nearly broke my neck for YEARS! lol
