Spicy Sweet Chicken Thighs with Dijon Sauce

We’re at that time of year when the weather is still summery but you know cold weather is just around the corner. It makes me long for June when summer was still stretched out in front of me. 1. No. They weren’t. I wrote it was a disappointment. I was so excited to try this and even Mr. C, with his reduced sense of taste, didn’t like them. Back to the drawing board!

      2. My apologies, how I missed a whole paragraph, I don’t know. I remembered it didn’t float your boat part because that made me giggle but missed the chicken part, and thought it was weird it wasn’t good on the potatoes. I seriously thought you were playing with me and went back and read it again hahaha there it was. You’ll get it perfected :):)

      3. I think I’ll have to seriously up the spicy and sweet factors and probably do a completely different sauce. That’s okay. Working it out will keep me off the streets at night!
