One of the best things about summer is the fruit. I love eating fruit from my garden, the trees, and the bushes. But when I want fruit served in a decadent fashion I make Custard Bathed Berries. One of Pete’s friends calls it “Sex in Tupperware.” Kids.

With summer on the way we’ll all be going to or hosting barbecues, picnics, and other events (think the 4th of July). Toffee Cheesecake Cookie Cups are always a hit when I make them!
The fragrance and taste of cinnamon takes me back to when my kids were little. Cinnamon Bun Cake is a twist on buns I made for them all those years ago. And they love it as much as they did on those mornings I got up extra early to make them a special breakfast!
