A while ago I saw the recipe for a three berry dump cake on Pinterest. It looked good but I’m not a huge fan of blackberries or raspberries and I had blueberries and strawberries in the freezer so I decided to make Two Berry Cream Cheese Cake. It was easy enough for the day I had Sunday and it was for a kind of special occasion. Mr. C and I were having dinner with a young man who robbed me at gunpoint!

This recipe comes directly from Betty Crocker™ and I haven’t made any changes. I decided to make Rainbow Chip Gooey Butter Cookies because I haven’t done much baking this summer. But I didn’t want to have to do too much work!

The recipe for Cheesecake Cookie Cups is from Pillsbury. The only changes I make are in the toppings. I’m sharing this recipe because it’s a great dessert for large gatherings. With summer on the way we’ll all be going to or hosting barbecues, picnics, and other events (think the 4th of July). Toffee Cheesecake Cookie Cups are always a hit when I make them!

Soft with just the right amount of garlic salt and Parmesan cheese, they’re the perfect accompaniment to any Italian dinner. They’re also great as a snack with garlic cream cheese dip!
