With all the work we’ve been doing outside I wanted an easy-to-make but hearty dinner. Pasta always comes to mind when I think of a good, filling meal so it was a good night to make Italian Sausage Pasta Skillet.

You could use a pork sausage and add fennel, sage, thyme, and red pepper flakes. I’ll find the ingredients for Italian sausage and get back to you!

I’m going to have to make this next time hubby is home. I always just sauté up the sausage, onion and peppers, and we eat it like that but the pasta and sauce are going to take it to the next level YUM! Thank you Elizabeth 🙂

I don’t understand people with short attention spans. I’m able to concentrate on a specific thing for up to 7 seconds at a time before wandering off.

hahahahahha my problem according to my son is that people think one step ahead and he says I think 50 steps ahead. lol Off subject but something I know you will appreciate. I made some pasta last night. I knew I should have put less onion in it because I could smell that it was going to have a strong taste. Well, I just ate some and had to eat some chocolate after to get the onion taste out of my mouth 😉 LOL.. Come to think of it, I might need another piece of chocolate to get that chocolate taste out of my mouth HAHAHAHAHA

I felt really odd last night so I tested my blood. I haven’t been for a long time. It was SUPER low. I tested again because I didn’t believe the first test. It came out the same. Mr. C says we should keep Hershey bars in the house for those “emergencies.” I think it’s going to be low again tonight. Around 8 o’clock!
