I know, I know. Putting Mexican flavors in an Italian stromboli is a bit odd but Mexi-ranch Strombolis are so tasty I had to do it! Thin strips of tender beef with peppers, onions, jalapenos, and cheese bathed in my Mexi-ranch sauce just cried out to be wrapped in a golden brown crust! Give them a try and I’ll bet you think they’re terrific!

I think you do great. You always make it easy to understand, include photos, easy instructions. I mean for me I can smell it, it that makes sense lol

Thank you. I try to write every single ingredient and step down as I’m making a recipe. I have to be very careful when I post recipes I’ve made for decades because I never really wrote down the things when I first got married.
